Returns & Exchanges

At Skin Deep, we want you to love your glow; if a product isn't the right fit for your skin, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and have at least 50% of the product remaining to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and securely attach it to your return package.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our laboratory team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
